Wellington orders Sharpe to join the dashing Colonel Brand (Mark Strong) on a hazardous journey behind French enemy lines with the aim of blowing up a General Calvet's ammunition store.

However Brand is not at honourable as Sharpe believed, and soon he finds himself with enemies on both sides!

Sharpe also has trouble at home, with his new wife becoming disillusioned with his frequent absences and life as an Army Wife.

Sharpe's Mission is an original screenplay, written by Charles Wood, and based on the novels by Bernard Cornwell.
